Create a staff onboarding review process. Completed 2023
The HR department evaluated current forms and processes for staff onboarding. The onboarding process is now fully digitized through Frontline Central. All forms, including employee contracts, are available in Frontline Central. The next steps include implementing stay interviews in January of 2024. Stay interviews are structured discussions leaders conduct with individual employees to strengthen the employee’s engagement and retention within the organization.
