Mahtab Tashakori, MD
Dr. Mahtab Tashakori graduated from medical school in Iran in 1996.She earned her family practice specialty at University of Illinois in Chicago.
From 2009 to 2024, she served as a dedicated family physician at OSF, earning a reputation for her empathetic patient care and personal connections. Mahtab treasures her family time, particularly with her two sons, Armaan and Omeed. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, dining out, swimming, and playing music,reflecting her vibrant personality and zest for life.
Fluent in English and Farsi, Dr. Tashakori effectively communicates with a diverse patient population. Her kindness and joyous spirit make her a pleasure to be around, enhancing both her professional and personal relationships.
