Class of 1982 leads public housing, educational efforts in Tennessee

Pam Bratcher Class of 1982

Pam is the executive director of the Martin Housing Authority, which serves four counties in Tennessee.

At Harlem, Pam played volleyball, basketball and softball. She continued to play volleyball and softball at Rock Valley College. In 1999, she eventually earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee.

Pam joined the Martin Housing Authority in 2000 as financial director. She moved up to deputy director in 2016 before taking over as executive director in April 2018.

The Martin Housing Authority manages 343 housing units in Weakley County and another 100 in Obion, Dyer and Fayette counties. The Martin Housing Authority also offers after-school and summer education to its residents at no cost.
