Employment and Income Verifications
The Harlem Human Resources Department is committed to keeping employee information confidential and protected. We now use Verifent to respond to all verification requests, including verifications of employment/income (VOE/VOI), and Faith's Law Employment History Reviews (EHR). Verifent is an employment and income verification service that enables us to quickly, securely, and confidently manage the employment and income information process.
Credentialed verifiers with a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) permissible purpose seeking employment and/or income information for an employee must submit requests through Verifent.
To Submit a Verification Request:
The verifying company/district should login at www.verifent.com.
New verifent users will need to register and create an account before proceeding. Click on the ‘Let’s Get Started Now’ button in the upper right hand corner, click on ‘Verifiers,’ scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Register Now.’
When prompted, enter the Organization Code for Harlem School District 122: 28C250
The employee’s correct first and last name while working for Harlem, date-of-birth, last four digits of their Social Security Number, and proof of consent for any verification including income information may need to be provided.
