Facility Study Recommendations Update
On May 26th, the Harlem Board of Education will bring back the Facility Utilization Study Recommendations for consideration.  In February, the Board asked Dr. Morris and District leadership to provide more information regarding the proposed recommendation to move 6th graders to Harlem Middle School. The Board will consider this along with the remaining items brought forth in the original proposal.

Due to Illinois Governor Pritzker Executive Order #10 related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting is not being held at the District's Administration Center at 8605 N. Second St., Machesney Park, Illinois. Individuals who plan to observe this meeting may do so by visiting a live stream link that will be posted to the district's website at http://www.harlem122.org.

Public Comment 
Individuals who wish to make public comment may do so by submitting that public comment via email to boardofeducation@harlem122.org  or mailing that public comment to Attn: Board of Education, 8605 North Second St., Machesney Park, Illinois 61115. Public comments sent will be read aloud during the Board meeting.

Individuals who submit a public comment must include their name, address, contact information, and public comment.  The comments should be limited to 400 words or less as this is the equivalent of three minutes.  For information, please click here.
