Alumni Spotlight: Abigail Letsinger - Class of 2005
Abigail Letsinger, Class of 2005, is recruiting the best and the brightest to join the fight against cancer.
In June, Letsinger joined Exact Sciences of Madison, Wis., as a talent recruiter. Founded in 1995, Exact Sciences is a publicly-traded company that has developed DNA tests for colorectal cancer and is in the process of acquiring Genomic Health, a genetic cancer detection company based in California.
Abigail earned her bachelor’s degree from Rockford University in 2009 and then a master’s degree from Wartburg Theological Seminary in 2012. She spent six years as a pastor in Arkansas before moving into private business.
Letsinger moved to Madison in 2016 and worked for a software development company and healthcare consulting firm before joining Exact Sciences. Talent Recruiter is the perfect role for the outgoing alum who was a member of Choraleers, Voices of Harlem, the International Club, Drama Club, Thespians, S.A.D.D. and Students For Action, among other things, while at Harlem.
