2019-2020 New Student Online Registration

  • May 22nd - July 18th

    - Starting May 22nd, click on the link for New Student Online Registration.  The link will be located on this page.
    - Your two Proofs of Residency may be emailed to registration@harlem122.org, dropped off at the Harlem Administration Center or uploaded in Skyward Family Access.
    - An original or certified copy of the student's Birth Certificate may be emailed to registration@harlem122.org, dropped off at the Harlem Administration Center, or uploaded in Skyward Family Access.

2019-2020 Returning Student Online Registration

  • May 22nd - July 18th

    - Starting May 22nd, log into Skyward Family Access and select the online registration tab.
    - To request your account login information, please fill out this request form or select the forgot your password option.
    - Your two Proofs of Residency may be emailed to registration@harlem122.org, dropped off at the Harlem Administration Center or uploaded in Skyward Family Access.

2019-2020 District-Wide Registration (In-Person)

  • July 17th and July 18th

    - District-Wide Registration for New and Returning students (Pre-k through 12th grade) will be held at Harlem High School from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm.
    - Families who attend District-Wide Registration will complete the registration process online with assistance from our staff.
    - Two Proofs of Residency will be required in order to complete the process.
    - New students will need an original or certified copy of their Birth Certificate.
