Summer break is here, but that doesn't mean you should take a break on your personal wellness. Gone will be the alarm clocks and schedules that have kept you on task. Now it's even more important to be mindful of healthy habits. Back by popular request is the Summer Healthy Habits Wellness Challenge for the month of June & July.
No paper tracking forms. This challenge is set up on Google Doc and can be done right from your phone or computer.
Challenges will be Monday - Friday only & between the dates of June 3rd - 28th & July 1st - 26th. Each day will have a different challenge. For planning purposes, the next day's challenge will be available for viewing by 5pm the day prior.
To receive credit for completing the challenge, DO NOT complete it until the day that it is assigned. Each challenge & response is dated & time stamped. All submitted responses will go directly to Diana Disch, Wellness Coordinator and need to be received by 11:59pm. Credit will not be given for challenges completed before or after the day it is assigned.
