REGULAR MEETING DATES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF HARLEM SCHOOL DISTRICT #122
WINNEBAGO COUNTY, ILLINOIS

Regular meetings of the Board of Education shall be held on the second and fourth Monday of every month in the Board of Education Building at 8605 North Second Street in said District except in the months of March, June, July and December.  In March, June, July and December the meetings will be held as stated below and will be conducted as a regular business meeting.  Whenever the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday the date of said meeting shall be changed by a vote of the majority of the members of said Board in attendance at any regular or special meeting.  In accordance with the above policy, the meeting dates are listed through May, 2010.  All meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise designated.

Regular meetings of the District Business Services Committee of the Board of Education shall be held in the Board of Education Building at 8605 North Second Street in said District.  In accordance with the above policy, meeting dates are listed below though May, 2010.  All meetings will begin at 5:00 p.m.
